Ingredients:
- 2 slices of whole grain bread
- 100g of paneer
- 50g of cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of chili flakes
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Kitchen Tools Needed:
- Frying pan
- Spatula
- Knife
- Cutting board
- Grater
Instructions:
- Grate the paneer and cheddar cheese into a mixing bowl.
- Add black pepper and chili flakes to the cheese mixture and mix well.
- Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat and place one slice of bread, butter-side down, on the pan.
- Spread the cheese mixture evenly on the bread in the pan.
- Cover with the second slice of bread, butter-side up, and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Flip the toast carefully using a spatula and cook the other side until it is golden and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the pan and cut diagonally into halves.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
